<h3>Strategic Leadership</h3>
<ul>
<li>Evaluate client business goals and objectives to develop enterprise tracking/tagging strategies to measure success.</li>
<li>Collaborate with clients and offices to identify business, technical and reporting requirements.</li>
<li>Facilitate stakeholder consensus across different business groups and disciplines within a single organization throughout the development/approval process of requirements documentation.</li>
<li>Provide subject matter expertise and best practices consultation on the selection and implementation of web analytics tools as well as other online marketing measurement methodologies</li>
<li>Guide clients on the use of A/B and multivariate testing using various tools</li>
<li>Facilitate client user training of web analytics tools, provide subject matter expertise when needed.</li>
<li>Present data analysis and optimization recommendations to client, manage evolving implementation efforts as new initiatives and measurement needs are identified.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Implementation Specialist</h3>
<ul>
<li>Gather and document business, technical and reporting requirements that drive the metrics architecture for web project implementations.</li>
<li>Develop and modify JavaScript code to execute web analytics strategies.</li>
<li>Collaborate with technical development/web technology teams for the implementation of data capture techniques.</li>
<li>Conduct data audits to identify tracking gaps/inconsistencies and solve for custom technical implementation needs.</li>
<li>Perform quality assurance testing through site debuggers and the use of web analytics tools to ensure implementation efforts result in desired outcomes. Iterate on this process until 100% accuracy is achieved.</li>
<li>Work with web testing teams to define, deploy, analyze and present ongoing test/control results.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Analytical/Reporting Support</h3>
<ul>
<li>Translate identified business and reporting requirements into a tangible scorecard framework for consumption at all levels of management.</li>
<li>Develop and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly reports delivered via Excel spreadsheets or business intelligence tools/systems.</li>
<li>Administer web analytics tools, creating and managing online dashboards for client team consumption.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain executive management dashboards/scorecards of key performance indicators.</li>
<li>Train client on how to use reporting tools and how to automate reporting efforts.</li>
<li>Manage ad hoc analysis requests using tools such as Omniture, Coremetrics, WebTrends or any high level web analytics.</li>
<li>Utilize online marketing knowledge to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations for digital marketing performance optimization.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Skills</h2>
<ul>
<li>Strong Analytical skills required.</li>
<li>Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript required.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences verbally and in writing.</li>
<li>Knowledge of internet marketing and Web technologies required (HTML, XML, Flash, JavaScript, proxy servers, web security, data warehousing, content management systems).</li>
<li>Experience with web analytics applications (e.g. Omniture, Coremetrics, WebTrends, Unica Netinsight or any high level web analytics) required.</li>
<li>Expert at Excel required, strong skills with MS Access and Office preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills as well as a detail-oriented nature.</li>

<p>Online Marketing Assistant/Ad Trafficker<br />
We are looking for an online marketing assistant/ad trafficker with a strong interest in web and online tools, good knowledge of a major commercial ad server and experience in ad trafficking.<br />
Experience is web trafficking is a must. Experience with any major CMS and Ad Server is a must.<br />
Responsibilities include:</p>
<h3>Ad Trafficking</h3>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for managing digital advertising campaigns throughout their full lifecycle including delivery, optimization and post campaign analysis</li>
<li>Trafficking of artwork and campaign data to the ad-server system, keeping track of the campaign start and end dates</li>
<li>Responsible for ensuring full delivery of campaigns and providing stats and regular reporting</li>
<li>Contributing towards ideas for taking the digital advertising strategy forward in an ever-changing environment</li>
<li>Managing the relationship with Publishers, Agencies and Advertisers</li>
</ul>
<h3>Skills required</h3>
<ul>
<li>Familiar with major ad serving platforms (DFA, DFP, OAS, Mediaplex, etc) – minimum one year’s experience</li>
<li>Ability to troubleshoot technical trafficking issues for ad campaigns</li>
<li>Good HTML, CSS, basic Flash, &amp; JavaScript</li>
<li>Graphics &#8211; Photoshop/Fireworks</li>
</ul>

<p>Campaign analytics and reporting<br />
We are looking for an expert in campaign reporting, analysis and optimization.</p>
<h3>Analytics</h3>
<ul>
<li>Campaign analytics</li>
<li>Report upon and optimize the efficacy of campaigns and promotions.</li>
<li>Work with partners to ensure tagging and tracking is set up and tested.</li>
<li>Reviewing metrics around campaigns and promotions and recommending optimization strategies.</li>
<li>Work with the Advertisers and Agencies to establish effective processes to measure campaigns &amp; promotions, including defining specific success criteria for each campaign or promotion.</li>
<li>Work with internal, client &amp; 3rd party agencies, as needed, to support the definition/clarification of business goals, online objectives &amp; KPIs for the automotive retail network clients, their websites and associated programs.</li>
<li>Provide leadership internally to educate non-technical business users on how to measure and view campaign results.</li>
<li>Interpret complex data sets and translate them into executive insights.</li>
<li>Develop dashboards and presentations that communicate efficacy and recommendations.</li>
<li>Help define A/B/n and multivariate test scenarios and success metrics for campaigns &amp; promotions.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to continuously optimize program performance.</li>
<li>Support client site testing strategies and methodologies across a number of disciplines.</li>
<li>Identify measurement strategies and metrics to measure and inform online objectives &amp; KPIs.</li>
<li>Drive and support holistic performance marketing analysis, pulling and integrating on- and offline data, including behavioral, attitudinal, social, financial, transactional, competitive, call center and other data types.</li>
<li>Interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights and recommendations.</li>
<li>Create mockup dashboards, heat maps and other intelligence visualization interfaces to be used to communicate with customers and internal developers.</li>
<li>Create dashboards that organize and present data that supports key stakeholder goals and objectives. Prepare for presentation to internal senior management and external customer executives.</li>
<li>Collaborate with external partners such as ad agencies to assist with data collection and reporting.</li>
<li>Exhibit a high level of expertise in driving the data strategy across multiple “listening posts” (websites, surveys, testing, CRM systems, market research etc).</li>
</ul>
<h2>Skills</h2>
<ul>
<li>Design &amp; development of senior management dashboards.</li>
<li>Website behavior and customer experience analysis.</li>
<li>Data consolidation and validation.</li>
<li>Coordinating tags, tracking parameter implementations.</li>
<li>Support creation and completion of A/B/MVT testing documents (from hypothesis creation to influencing creatives to identifying success metrics) and post test analysis.</li>
<li>Business requirements synthesized from multiple sources including product managers, development teams, and functional group members. .</li>
<li>Documentation relating to existing processes and suggestion / presentations for improving those processes.</li>
<li>Effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written) for project teams and business leaders.<br />
Skills</li>

<h2>Profile</h2>

<li>MBA or equivalent business experience 5-7 years of industry experience.</li>
<li>College and graduate degrees in qualitative and/or quantitative sciences, including the behavioral sciences, behavioral economics, statistics, math and/or business. At least two years of working hands-on with Omniture, Coremetrics, Webtrends or another high level web analytics</li>
<li>Significant, proven experience measuring and optimizing campaigns.</li>
<li>Significant, proven experience with media placement, buying and/or optimization.</li>
