Campaign analytics and reporting
We are looking for an expert in campaign reporting, analysis and optimization.
Analytics
- Campaign analytics
- Report upon and optimize the efficacy of campaigns and promotions.
- Work with partners to ensure tagging and tracking is set up and tested.
- Reviewing metrics around campaigns and promotions and recommending optimization strategies.
- Work with the Advertisers and Agencies to establish effective processes to measure campaigns & promotions, including defining specific success criteria for each campaign or promotion.
- Work with internal, client & 3rd party agencies, as needed, to support the definition/clarification of business goals, online objectives & KPIs for the automotive retail network clients, their websites and associated programs.
- Provide leadership internally to educate non-technical business users on how to measure and view campaign results.
- Interpret complex data sets and translate them into executive insights.
- Develop dashboards and presentations that communicate efficacy and recommendations.
- Help define A/B/n and multivariate test scenarios and success metrics for campaigns & promotions.
- Identify opportunities to continuously optimize program performance.
- Support client site testing strategies and methodologies across a number of disciplines.
- Identify measurement strategies and metrics to measure and inform online objectives & KPIs.
- Drive and support holistic performance marketing analysis, pulling and integrating on- and offline data, including behavioral, attitudinal, social, financial, transactional, competitive, call center and other data types.
- Interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Create mockup dashboards, heat maps and other intelligence visualization interfaces to be used to communicate with customers and internal developers.
- Create dashboards that organize and present data that supports key stakeholder goals and objectives. Prepare for presentation to internal senior management and external customer executives.
- Collaborate with external partners such as ad agencies to assist with data collection and reporting.
- Exhibit a high level of expertise in driving the data strategy across multiple “listening posts” (websites, surveys, testing, CRM systems, market research etc).
Skills
- Design & development of senior management dashboards.
- Website behavior and customer experience analysis.
- Data consolidation and validation.
- Coordinating tags, tracking parameter implementations.
- Support creation and completion of A/B/MVT testing documents (from hypothesis creation to influencing creatives to identifying success metrics) and post test analysis.
- Business requirements synthesized from multiple sources including product managers, development teams, and functional group members. .
- Documentation relating to existing processes and suggestion / presentations for improving those processes.
- Effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written) for project teams and business leaders.
Skills
Profile
- MBA or equivalent business experience 5-7 years of industry experience.
- College and graduate degrees in qualitative and/or quantitative sciences, including the behavioral sciences, behavioral economics, statistics, math and/or business. At least two years of working hands-on with Omniture, Coremetrics, Webtrends or another high level web analytics
- Significant, proven experience measuring and optimizing campaigns.
- Significant, proven experience with media placement, buying and/or optimization.
