B-systematicOur Systematic Marketing approach consists in applying the principle of Program Management to Marketing Management.

We apply this rigorous proprietary methodology by completing the following steps:

  • Marketing performance assessment using our marketing performance scorecard called the Core Marketing Performance Drivers© (CMPD),
  • Systematic identification and scoping of the myriad of potential opportunities offered by the application of data driven marketing and media strategies,
  • Prioritization of data driven opportunities with a strong focus on the catching of “low hanging fruits”,
  • Alignment of data driven marketing and media initiatives with our CMPD© Scorecard, and clear linkage between marketing performance and data initiatives,
  • Development of  a CMPD© KPIs improvement roadmap,
  • Implementation of rigorous Program Management principles to systematically capture the benefits of the selected data initiatives,
  • Systematic follow up of KPIs improvement,
  • Systematic launch and follow up of corrective actions to insure continuous improvement on KPIs.
